The City of Ranson is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for professional services related to the planning and preliminary design of a new Police Department and Public Safety Facility. The project includes site evaluation, space needs assessment, conceptual design, and preliminary cost estimating to support both current operations and future public safety needs. This is a qualifications-based selection process in accordance with West Virginia Code. Interested firms are encouraged to review the full EOI package for complete submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines.
