The City of Ranson (City) is soliciting proposals for qualified contractors interested in providing Facility Cleaning services for the City of Ranson. Work includes general office cleaning, restroom and kitchen cleaning, interior window cleaning, and other industry standard cleaning services across a variety of City owned facilities with a total footprint in excess of 50,000 sq ft.
It is the intent of the City to solicit bid offers from qualified contracting firms who are duly registered and licensed in the State of West Virginia and the City of Ranson. A copy of the request for proposal can be obtained in person at City Hall (312 S. Mildred Street, Ranson, WV 25438), on the City’s website (www.ransonwv.gov), or requested by emailing the staff representative to this project, Darla Armstrong (darmstrong@ransonwv.us). The deadline for submitting the proposal is September 27, 2024 at 3:00 P.M.
